The whole wheat bread contains less than 2 percent butter, dough conditioners and salt. The ingredients also contain F.D. & C. Yellow No. 5 & 6, enzymes, datem, folic acid, soya flour, guar gum, thiamine, niacin and ferrous sulfate. Martin's 100 percent whole wheat potato bread contains 70 calories per slice, 1 g of fat, 14 g of carbohydrates and 6 g of protein.
