Martin's long rolls include less than 2 percent of butter, dough conditioners and salt. Additional ingredients include soya flour, calcium phosphate and F.D. & C. Yellow No. 5 & 6. Martin's long rolls contain 130 calories per roll, approximately 2 g of fat, 26 g of carbohydrates and 6 g of protein.
