Siberian Cedar Nuts

Siberian cedar nuts come from Russia. Siberian cedar nuts come with 70 percent of the amino acids that the human body requires, according to the Global Healing Center. Coming from Russia, Siberian cedar nuts also feature elevated levels of vitamin D, vitamin B, vitamin A and vitamin E that contains tocopherol. Siberian cedar nuts contain vitamin P, an important acid that bears similarities to fish oil. It is renowned for lowering the "bad" LDL cholesterol.

Processed nuts Processed nuts are the worst nuts to eat, especially those that are pre-shelled. Pre-shelled processed nuts are less healthy because their natural oils and fats deteriorate through processing, until they become rancid. The salt and sugar in processed nuts diminishes health benefits. Roasted nuts are typically processed in unhealthy hydrogenated oils.
