Incorporate this popular show into your birthday party plans. Use the characters of the story as inspiration for decorations, including a cake theme. Invite guests to create a Franklin the Turtle craft or to watch an episode of the television show. Use streamers and balloons in bright colors, with a heavy emphasis on green, to decorate the party venue.
