Costumes are easy to make at home.

When it comes time to get ready for a Halloween party, don't waste your money renting a costume. Instead, make your own. There are many easy and funny costumes you can make yourself. You will save money, and you will have the fun of exercising your creativity.

A Rubik's Cube

Find a large cardboard box that you can fit into, and cut two holes for your arms and one for your head. Glue nine different-colored squares of paper to each side of the box. Between each square and around the edge of the box, glue long black strips of paper.

A Mummy

Wear a white shirt and pants, and wrap your entire body with toilet paper or gauze. Leave some strips of paper or gauze hanging freely from your arms and legs. You also can apply makeup to look aged and withered.

An Email With An Attachment

If you're going out as a couple and don't have a lot of time to prepare, print a piece of paper with a large E on it and another with a large paper clip. Attach the piece of paper with the large E to his chest, and attach the piece of paper with the paper clip to her chest.

A Nerd
