Use makeup to re-create Minnie Mouse's fun look!

The iconic Disney character, Minnie Mouse is loved around the world. Re-creating Minnie Mouse's signature look is simple, fun and oh so cute! To re-create this look, you will need light-colored foundation, pink blush, black eyeliner, black mascara, light-colored eye shadow, red lipstick and lipliner. Though there are many renditions of Minnie Mouse's makeup, this one showcases her current look.

  1. Face

    • Minnie Mouse's face is cream colored. To re-create her complexion, start with a light-colored foundation for fair skin. If using liquid foundation, spread it evenly around the face. Set with a loose powder. If using mineral foundation, apply with a brush around entire face. You may need more than one layer. After you apply the foundation layers, choose a blush brush to apply a pink blush to the apples of the cheeks.

    Eyes

    • One of Minnie's most striking features are her big, cartoon eyes. For this look, start with a base eye shadow in a light color. Pastel colors work best. Apply the eye shadow all over the lids. Next, using black eyeliner, line the tops of the eyelids with a thick line. Extend the liner from the middle of the lid to just past the end of the lid. This long line will create the illusion of larger eyes. Lastly, apply two to three coats of mascara. After applying the mascara, curling the eyelashes is optional, and recommended for shorter lashes.

    Lips

    • Though the real Minnie Mouse does not have visible lips, humans will want to use a bright red color on the lips. Start with a red lipliner to outline both the top and bottom lips. The mouth should appear shorter and smaller than the natural lips, so apply the liner inside the lip line. The peaks of the lips should be close together and apparent. After lining, fill in the lips with bright red lipstick.

    Nose

    • Minnie Mouse has a cute black nose. Copy her nose with black eyeliner. First, draw a rounded, inverted triangle shape on the end of the nose. Then fill in the triangle with the eyeliner.
