The Best False Lashes
Using false eyelashes doubles the outlining effect to your eyes compared to using eyeliner. It also gives your eyes a more feminine and yet striking look since it emphasizes the shapes of the eyes. Know which type of false lashes best suits your lifestyle and personal style. Remember that attaching false eyelashes can also be done with a temporary adhesive or the semi-permanent type. Does this Spark an idea?

Individual Lashes
-
Individual false eyelashes are the most natural-looking type of false eyelashes since it is composed of smaller groups of lashes that can be strategically placed to enhance your current eyelashes. This means that it is more difficult to apply and more time-consuming to put on (and remove) since compared to strip lashes, you position and affix each group of strands on their own. Brands such as Elise Faux Lashes, Everlash, Sherani and Ardell carry individual-type of false eyelashes.
Strip Lashes
-
Strip false eyelashes are single, long strips of false eyelashes, which are attached in a single application to the outermost part of the upper eyelid. Strip lashes are easier to apply compared to individual lashes since you just apply the glue in one continuous motion and carefully set the whole piece on your eyelids. Minor reshaping and trimming are required when you are done applying the lashes. Strip lashes come in different lengths and thickness. They can also be made of synthetic or natural strands and can be ornately decorated (with crystals) and even pre-curled.

Three-Quarter Lashes
-
Three-quarter false eyelashes cover the outer three-fourths of your eye, starting from the outer corner extending to just past the center of your pupil. The lashes are directed toward the outer corner of the eye, further emphasizing the shape and at the same time, not covering your eyes too much. These types of false eyelashes are not as readily available as the other three types and often come in heavily decorated styles, even those with mini feather boas attached to the outermost strands.
Lower Lashes
-
Lower lashes rim the lower part of the eyes. Although they are not as popular as the ones for the upper rim, lower lashes further define the shape of the eyes. Lower false eyelashes are mostly used for cinematic purposes since they do not look too natural when used on a daily basis. Japanese brands such as Beauty World, Hollywood Eyelash, Triple Eyelash and Decorative Eyelash carry false eyelashes for the lower lids.
