Scrapbook Layout Ideas With Toes
There's something so cute about your kids' toes that you simply can't deny. You want to find an appropriate manner to showcase those 10 toes in your scrapbook without making a page that will embarrass her in the future. Several page layouts can capture her toes, such as toes in sand, sleeping toe shots or fashion layouts.
-
Sand
-
Take pictures of your family playing at the beach. Capture everyone's feet against the soft sand. Your title can read "Sandy Toes." Add sand castle and flip flop stickers. Include a journaling note on a small paper scrap about the fun you had at the beach and how you love the feel of sand against your toes.
Play
-
Capture the subject playing. This can be a picture of your toddler bouncing in a bouncy seat or stationary entertainer, your children dangling their feet by a dock, swinging, jumping in water puddles or your teen playing Twister. Snap closeups of his feet and also full pictures that showcase the activity. Use background paper that matches the colors featured in your pictures. Include quotes about children playing and ask your child to scribble a note about what he was doing in the picture. Add a few buttons to complete the page.

Dance
-
If your child is involved in ballet, this hobby is ideal in giving you the chance to capture her toes. Take pictures of her on her tippy toes and doing various jumps and dance moves. Title the page "Twinkle Toes" by placing large glitter letters at the top of your page. Add journaling about her dance skills and activities. Arrange pictures in the order that they occur in the dance. If she is not enrolled in ballet, other similar layouts are available. Take a picture of her playing a dancing video game, participating in cheerleading or take a picture of her when she is little and dancing on her dad's shoes.
Footprint
-
Stamp your baby's footprint on your scrapbook page, or include his keepsake footprint you received from the hospital. Take a closeup picture of his tiny foot in one of his parent's hands. Include the "Some People" poem by Flavia Weedn that begins, "Some people come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts
and we are never ever the same. "
Fashion
-
If you are doing an older child's page, use clothing as inspiration. Take pictures of her in her pajamas and brightly-colored toe socks. Write a note about her bold fashion sense. Add diva and clothing stickers and quotes.
Sleeping
-
Take a picture of your little one sleeping. Title the page "From Head to Toe." Take a full shot picture of him sleeping and then just a picture of his sleeping toes. Talk about how much he has grown in a journal note. Talk about bedtime routines, his favorite stories and his favorite songs. Make a list of this information and tack it onto your page. Add short quotes like "Cute as a button." Add buttons to the bottom of the page.
Counting
-
Make a page about "10 Little Fingers and Toes" or "This Little Piggy." Show pictures of you counting his toes or playing "This Little Piggy." Run your title across the top and side of the page. Add photo mats under the pictures.
