Christian Woman Authors
-
Many Christian teachers offer Bible study programs that are directed specifically at women. Beth Moore's life mission is to equip women to know God and heal from the brokenness experienced in their lives. Most of her bible classes are either six- or 10-week studies and include a weekly DVD, daily homework and small group discussion. Kay Arthur has written over 100 books and bible studies. Her umbrella ministry, Precept Ministries, offers workshops such as Bible Study Leader Track, which trains women to lead bible studies, and Skills Track, which teaches new Christians to study the bible.
Marriage, Family and Single Life
-
Women are especially interested in learning what the Bible says about being Godly wives, mothers and leading pure lives as single women. Many Bible studies exist that focus on these themes. "Balance at the Speed of Life for Women," by Barb Folkerts offers insight on how to successfully manage career, marriage and family demands. "Because of Jesus" by Connie Witter studies the realistic expectations of the Proverbs 31 woman and how the Holy Spirit empowers you to become this woman. "Every Single Woman's Battle" by Shannon Ethridge offers help to resist sexual temptation and allow God to satisfy your intimate desires.

Topical Studies
-
Christian women often want a Bible class that focuses on a particular issue they are dealing with currently. Topical studies on spiritual warfare, self-esteem, forgiveness and spiritual gifts are issues Christian women are interested in learning about and applying to their daily life. Studying about praying more effectively, developing a life of faith and making Godly decisions provides life-long applications for a woman to succeed in her walk with God.
Books of the Bible
-
In depth classes studying specific books of the Bible help Christian women understand the work's context, historical background and present day application to their life. Bible studies on Daniel and Revelation interest woman wanting to know more about end-time events. Studying the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John provides insight to Jesus' life and ministry, as well as the struggles early believers experienced. Both Esther and Ruth provide tangible examples of women accomplishing great things with the help of God.
