    Lactic Acid

    • Buy liquid Vitamin E or Vitamin E capsules you can puncture. Spread the liquid on the dark spots of the face once or twice a day.

    • Use a skin lightener that has Hydroquinone as a main ingredient. Hydroquinone is skin bleach that helps to reduce dark spots.
