Natural disasters can cause power and energy disruptions causing your heating and cooling system to not work. Depending on the climate, emergency clothes can include shorts and lightweight shirts in hot climates and heavy cold weather clothing in the northern cold climates. In the northern portion of the United Stated, it is especially important to carry emergency winter clothes in your vehicle in case you become stranded in the winter time.
