Call a local rollerskating facility for rates and plan according to the budget. Most places rent by the hour and bigger budgets can usually reserve the entire facility for the night. Enlist some adult friends to assist in chaperoning and check with the venue for their policy on bringing in outside food and beverages.

Plan a dessert event after the spa at a local sweet spot to finish the day with pampered indulgence.

Rent a limo for the night to drive the teens around to different hot spots. Stock the vehicle with popular music, kiddie cocktail ingredients, snacks and disposable cameras. Start the birthday party by picking up guests in the limo and driving to a favorite dinner spot. Hop in the limo again to drive around the city, stopping for dessert and scenic spaces for pictures. End the evening with a sleepover or by dropping off each guest at their home.
