This adaptability is essential for your team relationships as well, as you will be dealing with an array of personalities and backgrounds in the nursing field.

You should never forget that you are in charge of a team of your own peers. A good leader is that person who is capable of developing new leaders, not followers. The challenge lies in being able to maintain the unity and maximum efficiency of your team. To do so, you must be creative; you must find innovative ways to resolve conflict, establish priorities and develop your team members' skills to the end of creating the nursing leaders of tomorrow.
