Team Projects and Project Plans
Team projects and project plans are intertwined within projects; without a project plan project teams are lost and without a project team project plans cannot be completed. Determining and understanding how they mesh together will enable project managers to better assess needs to successfully complete a project.

Project teams have the same goal. Team projects are created for individuals to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams to produce either a comprehensive analysis and proposal for a project or work on a topic relevant to the needs of the project.
Project Plans
-
Listing the main tasks of a project plan starts the ball rolling. Project plans is the guide to the project team on the next action towards completing a project. Microsoft Office Project illustrates some of the steps to creating a project plan, including a list of all milestones, a list of all the tasks to get to those milestones, definition of the durations and dependencies of those tasks and names of individuals responsible for completing the tasks.

Teams and Plans

Different plans for different teams. A project has three main teams --- the project, the management and the stakeholders. Each of these teams will review and approve different plans. The project team reviews the project plan with all the tasks, task durations and resource allocations. The management team will review the milestone plan, which is one level less detailed than the project plan. The stakeholders will review the overall plan which illustrates if the project is progressing in the right direction based on all other projects.
