Client Appreciation Event Ideas
No matter what service you provide or what product you sell, you need to keep your clients and customers happy. While putting on client appreciation events can be expensive, this is a necessary cost of doing business. As long as you can maintain a strong relationship with the people who buy from you, your business will weather the cycles between boom and bust.

Sporting Event
-
Depending on the size of your company, you may have season tickets or a luxury suite at the stadium where your city's major sports teams play. While this tends to be more of an event "for the guys," particularly if you're using your seats in the stands, the all-inclusive suites can make for an evening in which your clients feel pampered and enjoy watching their favorite local team -- while cementing the business relationship with your company.
Golf
-
Client appreciation events involving golf can take several different forms. Whether you're lining up a foursome at the course nearby, lining up a short clinic with an area teaching pro, or organizing a tournament for all of your clients, golf is a way for you to spend a day relaxing -- and connecting -- with your best clients.

Wine Tasting
-
Many area wine bars, restaurants, upscale wine shops and high-end grocers will host wine tastings for time to time -- and may even be willing to put on a private tasting for your company. Invite your clients and their significant others to spend an evening trying the latest white merlot or moscato from a local or a well-known vintner.
Family Day
-
Providing a wonderful day of family fun can be one of the most effective ways to strengthen relationships with your clients. You can buy tickets to an area water park or amusement park, reserve a pavilion at your city zoo, or even book a gazebo at a city park and put on a barbecue for your clients. At a park, you can add options like bounce houses, face painters and balloon animal makers to make the day popular with your client's children.
