    • Jamie Eason is one of the biggest names in the fitness industry. She is the winner of the 2006 World's Fittest Model title and works for both BodyBuilding.com and "Oxygen" fitness magazine. Her diet consists of six meals daily. She eats lean proteins such as fish and chicken, complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice and rice cakes, vegetables, low-fat dairy and healthy fats like avocados and olive oil. She eats fruit sparingly and does not eat processed foods or drink alcohol.

    Lori Harder

    • Lori Harder is a professional fitness competitor, personal trainer and model. She is a two-time winner of the Ms. Bikini Universe title and is sponsored by Oh Yeah! Nutrition. She eats several small meals throughout the day that consist of lean proteins, starches, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats. Harder gets all of her nutrients from food and does not use any supplements, except for the occasional protein shake. She loves Greek yogurt, oatmeal and cottage cheese.

    Ava Cowan

    • Ava Cowan is a figure competitor, personal trainer and fitness model. She has graced the covers of "Iron Man," "Fitness" and "Natural Muscle" magazines. Cowan eats five small meals a day, or once every two to three hours. For breakfast she enjoys oatmeal, strawberries and egg whites. For lunch, she has chicken with vegetables and brown rice. Her other meals include fish or egg whites and vegetables. Her pre-workout meal is oatmeal. She also drinks a gallon of water per day.

    Maggie D

    • Margaret Diubaldo, better known as Maggie D, is an international fitness competitor and model. She has been on the cover of "Oxygen" a record eight times and is known for her rock-hard abs. Diubaldo sticks to a clean diet consisting of egg whites, chicken breasts, healthy carbohydrates, and fruit and vegetables. She has a sweet tooth and does her best to ward off cravings with Hoodia gordonii, a plant-derived appetite suppressant. Maggie also drinks about 32 cups of water per day.
