Paperboy Flash Games

Paperboy Flash games keep players on the move.

Paperboy jobs remain popular for kids seeking some extra cash and a sense of responsibility. Flash games present a variety of paperboy scenarios, challenging players to attain delivery goals, deliver newspapers to desirable demographics and travel through tricky driving conditions. One scenario even strays from the standard paperboy image and features a delivery boy made of paper.

  1. Delivery Route Games

    • Deliver the required number of newspapers to customer mailboxes in "Paperboy Rush," found at sites like GamesBook. Press the "Up" arrow key to accelerate, the "Down" arrow to brake, and the "Left" and "Right" arrows to move in those directions. Aim for green mailboxes, and press the space bar to throw newspapers. Players get three lives to start and lose lives if they crash. When newspaper supply runs low, collect newspapers along the street to increase inventory. Advance to the next day upon delivering the required number of newspapers before the route ends. The game ends when players lose all of their lives. Play a similar game, "Paper Kids," at sites like Fun Flash Games. Operating in the same manner as "Paperboy Rush," "Paper Kids" differs in that players deliver newspapers to red mailboxes.

    Literal Paper Boy Game

    • Bike around town as a delivery boy made of paper in "The Paper Boy," accessible at sites like New Grounds. Press the directional arrow keys to move and collect food items. Arrows indicate delivery destinations. Players must start again if they end up in water or hit walls. Starting with 20 seconds on the clock, deliver as many food items as possible. Earn bonus time for each successful delivery.

    Newspaper Aiming Game

    • Toss copies of Britain's best-selling Indy Compact at young, affluent urban readers in "Compact Catch," accessible at sites like 2DPlay. Press the "Up" and "Down" arrow keys to set throwing power, and the "Left" and "Right" arrows to set the angle. Aim for the target audience and press the space bar to throw a newspaper. Earn points when newspapers land in the hands of target-audience members, but lose points if newspapers come into contact with anyone reading broadsheets and tabloids. Earn bonus points for hitting pigeons. Press the "Control" key in conjunction with the "Left" and "Right" arrows to view the play area. The game ends after players toss 10 newspapers.

    Riding Skills Game

    • Help a paperboy find his way back home after he takes a dangerous shortcut in "Paper Boy," found at sites like I6. Press the "Up" arrow key to move forward, the "Down" arrow key to move back and the space bar to jump. Pressing the "Left" and "Right" arrows rotate the bike. Complete stages successfully to advance in the game. After crashing or falling, try the stage again.
