Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over a portion of the top of the cake to create the beach. Consider placing plastic palm trees along your beach. Use blue frosting to create the ocean on the remainder of the top of the cake. Purchase miniature plastic toy surfboards online or at a party store and wash them thoroughly. Press the surfboards into the sides of the cake to complete the look.
