Thanks to modern technology, you can do music and electronics projects anywhere and at any time using a laptop and music-making software. You can do significant portions of your project whenever you have free time, even while traveling. To add vocals, use a soundproof room for better audio quality. Before you spend a lot of bucks hiring a recording studio, try the cupboard under the stairs. You may be pleasantly surprised at how good you sound in what is basically a primitive acoustic chamber.
