Tropical Themed Business Conference Ideas
Hosting a fun and informative business conference can sometimes be challenging. While you want attendees to learn information they can take back to their offices and use, you also don't want the conference to be so boring that attendees lose interest in what is being taught. Add a little fun to your business conference by infusing it with a tropical theme.

Instruct conference guests to wear shirts with tropical prints and tropical patterns, and beach shorts and sandals or flip flops. On the first day of the conference, have the greeter present attendees with a tropical lei to wear around their necks for the duration of the conference.

Welcome guests in the morning with a complimentary continental breakfast that Includes pastries such as banana nut bread and fresh tropical fruits such as melons, grapes, strawberries, pineapples, bananas and kiwi.
