Trophies as Gifts

Trophies as Gifts thumbnail
Order a trophy to honor a friend.

We all love to hear how much we are appreciated. Spread the love to a friend you admire and appreciate by giving a trophy award as a gift. The trophy award you give can be silly and entertaining. However, the important factor to remember is that the trophy communicates your authentic appreciation to the gift recipient.

  1. Standard Trophy

    • If you have a friend who has recently won an award -- or if you simply want to honor her in a creative way -- then have a standard trophy customized with her name, date of the award and the name of the award. Ideas include "World's Best Mom" or "Wisest Woman of All Time."

    Engraved Key Chain Trophies

    • Have sterling silver or silver-plate key chains in the shape of miniature trophies engraved with the gift recipient's name or your company's logo. As individual key chains that are made from sterling silver can range from $15 and up, consider either buying this gift in bulk if you think you will be giving this gift to many people -- such as your clients or employees.

    Wood Badge "Trophy"

    • Purchase a wood badge medallion as an alternative trophy-like gift for a friend who is a Boy Scout and has earned the Wood Badge certification. Wood Badge is the name of a training course for Scouts. It teaches how to survive in the wilderness. A Wood Badge medallion features an eagle head or other animals, such as a buffalo or antelope. The gift recipient can put this trophy coin on display with other Scouts awards.

    Glass Trophy Vase

    • For the friend who loves flowers, consider purchasing a vase that is made from glass and resembles a trophy. You can fill it with his or her favorite blooms and present it as a gift just as you would a real trophy.
