Magic Kids or Magic Kids, Inc. is also known as Magic Kids USA. The company bills itself as a children's clothing store, offering wholesale prices on name brand merchandise. How it Works
-
Magic Kids has a website where shoppers can browse merchandise and make purchases. The company also offers a separate program for distributors and owners of children's clothing stores. It targets those stores through direct mailing programs, encouraging owners to sign up for $147. Once an individual signs on, they receive a large amount of paperwork and fliers, advertising the Magic Kids website. According to Magic Kids, the individual makes money when others shop from the site. The company claims to refund the original payment, once the seller reaches a certain amount in sales.
Pros
-
The pro to the Magic Kids web site is that it has a large range of clothing, including products for babies, toddlers, young boys and young girls. Each category has different sections of clothing, such as long-sleeved shirts, pants, t-shirts, athletic wear, dresses and shorts, at fairly low prices.

Cons
-
While the prices for the items may be fairly low, shipping is not and sometimes doubles the original cost. For example, once shipping was added to a shirt priced at $6.73, the total cost was over $13. The Better Business Bureau has rated Magic Kids an "F" because of customer complaints. According to the BBB, customers had problems returning merchandise or trying to receive a refund. Complaints included issues with customer service, such as representatives stating the refund period had already passed. In some cases, customers never received a refund or received only a partial refund. The BBB has also registered complaints from distributors that claimed they never made any money off the program and believed it was impossible to do so.

User Identon also complained about the amount of mail the company sent on a regular basis, asking for the user to become a distributor.
