The Best Ideas for Cookie Gift Presentations

The Best Ideas for Cookie Gift Presentations thumbnail
The presentation of a gift says a lot about the gift giver.

When presenting cookies as gifts, the presentation makes the gift stand out and shows the recipient that a lot of thought was put into the preparation of the gift. The way a gift is presented says a lot about the gift giver and his knack for creativity. Adding a ribbon, bow or tying the gift in cellophane wrap can make the gift look professionally put together.

  1. Metal Tin

    • A metal tin is one of the most commonly used ways to present cookie gifts, especially during holidays such as Christmas. Metal tins can hold a significant amount of cookies. Because metal tins come already decorated for the occasion, little or no decorations need to be added. However, the cookies inside can be decorated according to the occasion. Add a big bow on top and a name card addressed to the recipient. You may want to add cellophane if there is more than one container.

    Recycled Glass Jar

    • Using a recycled glass jar is a way to be friendly to the environment by reusing the glass jar instead of throwing it in the trash. Decorate the jar with ribbons, bows or even wrap up just the jar in wrapping paper or colorful cellophane. Bake the cookies and place them neatly into the jar. Use an assortment of different cookies to give the cookie presentation some color and variety. Use icing and other cookie decorations to make the cookies look delectable.

    Cookie Bouquet

    • A cookie bouquet can be perfect for any occasion whether it is Easter, Christmas or sending someone a get well soon cookie bouquet. After putting the cookies on the cookie sheet, place a Popsicle stick or a solid lollipop stick in them so that they come out as cookie lollipops. After they bake and cool, decorate the cookies according to the occasion, then place the cookies inside of a basket with decorative tissue paper. Align them so that all of the cookies are visible. Place some balloon string around the basket and add a bow.

    Cookie Basket

    • Purchase some Easter basket grass and a basket and place your cookies in the basket. Decorate the basket with a balloon, ribbon or bow. Place a message card inside the basket pertaining to the occasion. Wrap the basket up in colorful cellophane paper and tie it with balloon string. Place a name card on it addressed to the gift recipient.
