Manicure and Pedicure
-
A manicure grooms your hands and fingernails, while a pedicure does this for your feet. This process includes removing old or torn cuticles, clipping and filing your nails and ends with a leg and foot or arm and hand massage. You will also be able to choose a nail polish color or have designs applied. Nail maintenance removes hang nails, repairs split and fragile nails to help develop healthier nails and repairs damaged skin around the nail bed.
Massage
-
Licensed massage therapists gently massage the soft tissue of your muscles, tendons and ligaments to help rid them of tension, stimulate the nerves and increase blood flow. There are multiple types of massages available, including hot stone, utilizing heated basalt or marble stones; deep tissue, which helps to rid the body of chronic pain; aromatherapy, utilizing scented oils and lymphatic drainage, removing and eliminating waste in connective tissues.

Facial
-
A facial treatment helps to eliminate and rid the face of toxins that clog pores, create blackheads and cause pimples. It helps to even skin tone and treat acne. It includes steps that exfoliate, massage and moisturize the skin. There are various facial types that encompass different ingredients, including alpha hydroxy acid, paraffin and antioxidants. Facials every five to six weeks are recommended to keep skin healthy and clean.
Scrubs and Wraps
-
Body scrubs are used to exfoliate dead skin cells from the body, while a wrap is used to detoxify your body and slim you down. The scrub is applied and massaged into the skin, while a wrap utilizes sea weed or mud that is applied to the skin and wrapped with hot cloths. Generally you spend time in a sauna or steam room before a treatment to open and cleanse your pores. The product will be washed off your body and then a quick massage with lotion will complete the session.
