Chilled lemon pasta salad makes an ideal dinner or side dish on warm days. Boil bow tie pasta and rinse it with cold water to chill. Whisk together grated lemon peel, lemon juice, capers, mayonnaise, milk, fresh basil, ground black pepper and salt to taste in a large bowl. Add the bow tie pasta to the dressing mixture and gently stir to coat. Store the pasta salad in a refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
