Marshmallow's fluffy texture makes it the perfect decoration for the 'wool' on your sheep cookies. You will need some mini marshmallows (the smaller the better), and some plain or butter icing. Place your sheep cookie onto a tray and have the icing in a nearby bowl. Dip each mini marshmallow into the icing and place it on top of the cookie. Repeat this process until the area is filled with mini-marshmallows.

You may need to add more milk to get the correct consistency. Spoon the mixture into an icing piper, and squeeze it over the sheep cookies. Chocolate chips are a great way to add sheep eyes onto your cookies. Simply put a dab of icing onto the area where you would like the sheep's eye to be, and then press the chocolate chip onto that area. White chocolate chips can be used to create sheep's wool by using the same technique and repeating until the whole area is covered.
