Fondue Dipper
-
If you are planning a wedding or other event that falls near Easter and includes a chocolate fountain, use Peeps as one of the chocolate fondue dippers. Marshmallows are a common item used in conjunction with a chocolate fountain, so using Peeps is not straying far from a traditional marshmallow. Guests will love the extra crunch and fun colors.
Flower Topiary
-
Create a Peeps topiary for a fun Easter decoration. Glue bunny and chick Peeps in a variety of colors onto a white Styrofoam ball. Place a second Styrofoam ball into a pot of your choice. Stick a wooden dowel into the ball and place the Peep-decorated ball at the other end of the dowel. Cover the bottom ball with artificial grass.

Use Peeps to incorporate into or decorate your favorite desserts. Make Easter basket cupcakes by dying coconut green and sprinkling it over a frosted cupcake; place a Peep chick on the coconut and add jelly beans for a finishing touch. Make a graham cracker Peep house using graham crackers, frosting and edible candy grass.
Science Experiments
-
If your children start getting bored during spring break, let them use some leftover Peeps for science experiments. Place Peeps out in the sun and see how long they take to melt. Place a Peep in the freezer and see what happens when you drop the Peep on the ground. Place Peeps in different types of liquid to see if they float or sink.
