Cleveland Central Catholic High School is home to Ironman athletics and is committed to teaching its students about God, church and community participation. Students who meet certain requirements are eligible for financial assistance programs. In the 2007 to 2008 year, the Service Scholarship Program awarded $300,000 in total to Catholic families. The school offers a well-rounded curriculum. In addition to the basics of math, science, English, social studies and foreign languages, Cleveland Central Catholic High School also offers classes in business/computers, family and consumer science, theology and the fine arts. The school was formed in 1968 when four other urban high schools merged. It is directly affiliated with the Diocese of Cleveland.

Trinity High School is in Garfield Heights, Ohio, near Cleveland. It is a secondary school that focuses on technological courses and helping students succeed in post-secondary education. Grade 9 tuition is $9,900. It drops to $7,900 from grades 10 to 12 as of 2011. A $500 tuition deduction is automatically offered when more than one child per family is enrolled. It also offers financial assistance, but to be eligible the family must complete a Private School Aid Service application. It also offers internships for students interested in a specific field, such as medicine. It currently has about 375 students. It has been sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis since 1926.

Holy Name High School was founded in 1914 and is the oldest co-educational Catholic high school in the greater Cleveland area. Its school symbol is a green wave to honor the football team's coordination. Tuition costs $7,600 for 2010/2011. It offers financial aid and makes many scholarships available to its students. It has a 15:1 student to teacher ratio and 99 percent of its graduates go on to pursue a post-secondary education.
