Highway 80 is an interstate that stretches across the state of Nevada. Numerous tourist attractions dot the area, including hotels and campgrounds. Carson City, Battle Mountain and Winnemucca are all areas you can visit during a stay in this part of the "Silver State."

  1. Double Dice RV Park

    • The Double Dice RV Park campground is located in Elko, just off I-80 on East Idaho Street. The campground has tent sites and amenities such as playground, picnic area, propane tanks, convenience store and snack bar. The facility also has a recreation room, gaming casino, and sports bar. With nearby tourist attractions such as the Northeastern Nevada Museum, Double Dice RV Park is also close to the Elko Regional Airport.

    Crossroads RV Park

    • Just north of I-80 and Highway 93, the Crossroads RV Park is in the town of Wells. Situated near Archie Smiley Field and Wells City Park, the campground an on-site clubhouse, full hookups and a comfort station with shower and bathrooms. Close to Angel Lake, the facility is also minutes from nearby hiking trails, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. The Ruby Mountain Brewing Company is just a short drive south in Clover Valley.

    Hi Desert RV Park

    • In Winnemucca, the Hi Desert RV Park sits just south of I-80 along Highway 794. Close to Pioneer Park, Hi Desert has a laundry room and playground, an enclosed dog running area, washrooms with heated showers, and free cable TV. The park also has a swimming pool, full water and electric hookups, a recreation room, tent sites, and free wireless Internet access. Winnemucca's Winner's Casino is less than two miles away.

    Angel Lake RV Park

    • Angel Lake RV Park is also in Wells, off exit 351. The park has laundry rooms and bathrooms, free cable TV, water and electric hookups, and allows pull-through access for RVs. (It enables campers direct access to site facilities rather than individually hiking to desired areas such as a tent site, for example.) The park also provides free wireless Internet access.
