When studying makeup artistry online, you may be able to save a few dollars by enrolling in a course provided by a school that provides training designed exclusively for Internet study as opposed to traditional schools that offer distance learning as a secondary option. The National Online Makeup Academy (NOMA) only offers distance learning classes and at in 2011, $349 for the full course--supplies, exams and certification--is far less expensive than traditional schools that can sometimes run close to $3,000.
