Combine scrapbooking and crafting techniques to announce your new baby in style. When you hand craft your own baby announcements, you can tailor them to match your own personal style and interests. If you enjoy making soap, then make gentle baby soap and wrap with the announcement, or make a novelty-shaped soap like a baby bottle or rubber ducky.
