Having a spouse in the Army is not easy. After all, you have to deal with them being gone for months and even years at a time, and often are in charge of running the family all alone. Finding a support group is one way of getting through those hard times and will allow you to connect with other wives who are going through the same feelings and emotions. Many groups are online, but some offer local meetings, as well.
