Most Comfortable Wedding Band for Men
If you're getting married and have never worn a ring before, you are probably concerned about finding the most comfortable fit possible. Many men have no experience wearing rings, but after the wedding, are expected to wear one almost all the time. By selecting a ring that is curved, lightweight and fits properly you may not even remember you're wearing one. Does this Spark an idea?

Job Considerations
-
If your job requires you to perform manual labor, such as working with cars or other machines, this affects which type of ring you can choose. For instance, a ring that has a grooved design is more likely to get caught up in machinery, causing potential injury. Always put safety first when selecting a ring. If you do want a ring that has ridges or grooves, you may consider taking it off when you are working. Also, know which types of metal are prone to scratching and tarnishing; you probably don't want a ring that will scratch easily if you do a lot of work with your hands.
Curves
-
For the most part, curves are what make a ring comfortable. Pick a ring that uses soft curves instead of sharp edges. If you truly want a flat style, look for a very slight rounded edge on the inside of the ring. This gives you the outward appearance of sharp, flat edges, while still providing you with a comfortable ring. You may also want to choose a ring that offers comfort fit. Comfort fit rings have varying degrees of curvature on the inside of the band. Although they usually cost more than traditional rings, these rings feel more natural on your hand, and are easier to put on and take off.

Metals
-
Traditionally, most men tend to choose a wedding ring made out of gold, although that trend is changing. Men now have several other options, such as silver, platinum and tungsten carbide. If you want to have a comfortable ring, consider a lightweight metal. Titanium is very strong, but also lightweight. Gold and silver are not considered noticeably heavy metals. Both platinum and tungsten carbide are heavy and feel more solid than other types of metals. Although they are heavier, many men prefer the solid feel of these rings.
Wear It on a Chain
-
If you just can't get used to the feel of your ring, you don't have to give up wearing it completely. Consider wearing your ring on a chain on your neck. This is an ideal way to take your ring with you even when it might be dangerous to wear one on your finger at work. You can choose any type of chain that appeals to you. Some chains are made specifically to hold wedding rings. If you have a ring that bears a grooved or woven design, putting it on a chain may not be possible, because the ring will probably fall off.
