This is the perfect favor for a tea party bridal shower. However, a tea cup can work for any garden party, afternoon lunch or similar shower theme. Find a variety of different tea cups at thrift stores or antique shops. This way every guest gets a unique tea cup. If having a tea party bridal shower, use the cups during the party. Then, as guests prepare to leave, wash the tea cup out and fill it with packages of tea and a stirring spoon. Wrap in cellophane or package in small boxes for transport.

Leave your guests with a single rose, a sunflower or a small bunch of flowers, such as tulips or daisies. Wrap a ribbon around the stem and tie into a bow. This is a simple way to brighten someone's day; it requires very little work on the part of the hostess to pull off as a favor gift.

Give your guests a cookie cutter, jar of cookie mix and the bride's favorite cookie recipe. This is a special way to share something the bride loves with those in attendance. A prepackaged bag of cookies is also a good treat. Make the recipe yourself and package a few cookies in cellophane. Attach the recipe card and a thank you note to the guest for attending.
