Games That Can Be Played at a Bridal Shower
Use games at a bridal shower to help the party group get to know one another. Play a variety of games as a large group and entertain guests with a few quieter games while the bride opens her gifts. Consider the conventions and values of the guests when choosing party games, and use traditional party games for conservative guests and games that are more adventurous for a more liberal party group.

Icebreakers
-
Play a "Who Am I?" guessing game using a list of famous people throughout history. Write each name on a sticky note and, as guests arrive, place one sticky note on each person's back. Have the guests mingle and ask questions to determine their famous person's identity. For a humorous bridal shower game among women, have each guest bring a pair of underwear with them to the shower and place them in a large bag. Have the bride-to-be remove each pair and guess the wearer.
Team Games
-
Have a toilet tissue bride contest by dividing the shower guests into two groups. Have each team choose a "bride" and then create a toilet tissue wedding dress. To choose the winning team, let the guest of honor select the best dress. Divide the party group into a different set of two teams to play a wedding "Pictionary" game. Before the shower, write down a variety of wedding-related items onto small pieces of paper. Have one of the teams pick a paper and try to draw the item. The first team to guess the drawing wins a point and the team with the most points at the end wins the game.

Coed Games
-
For a racy coed game, have the bride leave the room and all the men sit in chairs. Have them raise their pants to above their knees, blindfold the bride, and have her try to guess which legs belong to her groom. For a coed game where there are equal numbers of men and women, have all of the men leave the room and all the women remove their shoes. Have them place one of their shoes in a large pile and hide the other. The men can then return and try to pick out the right shoe for his partner. The first man to find the right shoe, without any hints, is the winner.
Provocative Games
-
Blindfold each guest at the party and have her draw a picture of the groom in nothing but his underwear. Fill a fabric bag full of items purchased at an adult store. Have each guest put her hand into the bag for 20 to 30 seconds and then write down what she believes is in the bag. The guest who guesses the most items correctly wins. Play a lap game for women or coed showers. Have the group sit in a circle and the party host asks a variety of racy "have you ever" questions. When a guest answers yes to a question, she must move to sit on the lap of the person on her right.
