Online Medical Transcription Classes
Medical transcription classes provide specialists with the skills to transcribe a health care professional's dictated recordings into administrative text, medical correspondence or reports for patient files. Medical transcriptions often work from home, and are trained to use computer software and a headset to listen to medical dictations, in addition to a foot pedal to pause the dictation. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, demand for medical transcriptionists is expected to increase by 11 percent by 2018.
