Read and Draw
-
Read the story of Moses and the Burning Bush to the students and have them draw what they hear. You'll be surprised to see the variety of pictures that students come up with. After they are all finished drawing, let each student talk about the picture he made and what it means to him. You can see if he understood the story as well.
Performances
-
Put on a performance of the Moses and the Burning Bush story. Children can come up with their own script after they've heard the story and put on a pageant complete with paper-made props and backdrops. Or, students can make puppets out of construction paper and then put on a puppet show for other classes or even for their parents. By acting out the story and making their own props, students use art and creativity to show their enthusiasm for the story and help explain it to others.

Clay Figures
-
Use your regular classroom clay to make Moses and the Burning Bush clay figures. Each student can use clay to make her own interpretation of what the story means. Then each student can talk about what she made and what it means in terms of the story.
Construction Paper Art
-
Give students several sheets of construction paper and have them cut and glue pieces to make a Moses and the Burning Bush illustration that they can hang up. Each student will probably make something different, and you can talk about what they chose to make when they are all finished with them.
