Romantic Evening Ideas for Husbands
There are a lot of opportunities to show your man you love him while you are dating, but once you're married, and life gets in the way of romance, you don't always think to do the romantic gestures you used to do regularly. Consider planning a romantic evening for your husband with these romantic ideas.
-
Putting on the Ritz
-
Surprise your husband by picking him up at the office in a rented limousine. Dress-up in your fanciest dress (or buy a new one) and be inside the limo with your favorite beverage in hand when you pick him up. After driving around for awhile, treat your hubby to a fancy dinner at your favorite fine dining restaurant. End the date by dancing the night away.
Star Gazing
-
If you have a backyard or even a balcony, pitch a tent, setup a telescope and prepare for a nice night of gazing at the stars and snuggling. If you have an air mattress and sleeping bags, put them in the tent as well. Other supplies to add to the romance of the night include an MP3 player to play music, some snacks and a bottle of your favorite beverage. Spend the night snuggling and locating various constellations.

Picnic in the Living Room
-
Push all the furniture to the side and lay a blanket on the floor for a romantic picnic in the living room. Pack a traditional picnic lunch of sandwiches, fruit and a yummy dessert and put it in a picnic basket for authenticity. Dim the lights and light some candles and enjoy an evening picnic in the privacy of your own home. A bouquet of fresh flowers will add romance and a sense of the outdoors to your picnic.
Coffee Lovers
-
A quiet evening at the corner cafe is not only relaxing, but a lot of fun and romantic too. Look for a quiet corner booth where you can have some privacy. Order your favorite coffees and maybe a goodie or two. Talk, laugh and reminisce about your relationship. End the night with a game of cards and reading some poetry to each other.
