Dirty Diaper

This is a fun game because it gets people talking and thinking. Fill baby diapers with different baby foods. Label each diaper with a number. Have guests try to guess what baby food it is in the diaper. The person with the most correct answers wins.
Present Bingo

Present bingo is a paper game that is easy for a large group to play. Create bingo cards with typical baby presents in the squares. When the mom-to-be opens a present, she says what it is out loud and people mark the corresponding square if they have it. The first person to get a bingo wins.

Baby Word Scramble

Create a paper game with several baby-related words scrambled up. Guests have to unscramble the words and write the correct baby word beside the scramble. The person who gets the most correct during the allotted time wins. It works well for a large group because all you need is a copy of the paper for each person and a pencil.
Relays

Break guests up into teams and have a few relay races. One can involve changing a diaper, another can require feeding a baby. The diaper changing relay entails a member of each team changing a baby's diaper and then rushing back to the start line. This can also be done with a blindfold on for added fun. The baby feeding race requires partners to feed each other a complete baby bottle.
