Animal Wall Decorations for Baby Room
An animal theme for your baby's nursery will allow you to feature various colors and sub-themes in the area that will make the space especially appealing for your little one. Groups of animals, as well as cartoon interpretations of individual creatures, can be added to the nursery wall to complement the rest of the decor you've chosen. Does this Spark an idea?

Baby Farm Animals Wallpaper Border
-
A nursery with a baby farm animal theme will look charming with a wallpaper border that features chicks, calves and piglets. Many borders featuring this theme include soft or pastel colors that will complement the lilac, light pink or pistachio green blankets or throw rug you've selected. Or, select a wallpaper border with bolder shades -- for example, bright yellow chicks, black and white calves -- to go with a striking red rocking chair or crib linens in the nursery. The wallpaper border can decorate every wall in the room, or use it to accent the main wall where the crib is positioned.
Jungle Animal Wall Mural
-
Jungle animals painted on the accent wall of the nursery can make the room both attractive and sophisticated. High grass painted on the wall, along with colorful animals like zebras, giraffes and colorful birds like parakeets or toucans, can be the main decorative feature of the room. Use complementary solid color furniture pieces to bring the room together; for example, a dark wooden crib, a toy chest painted bright yellow and a rocking chair in black. If you want to paint the room yourself, use stencils to help get the job done; or, of course, you can hire a professional painter.

Lamb Wall Design
-
A baby nursery that features little lambs is delicate and endearing; painted lambs on the wall or adhesive wall treatments will help bring the theme of the nursery together. Paint a mural of your baby's name on the accent wall, decorated with a border of lambs wearing bows in the colors used in the nursery decor. Or, hire a decorator to paint small borders of lambs in various positions (jumping, sleeping, waving) along the wall paneling. Wallpaper sheets or borders featuring little lamps can be used to decorate every wall in the baby's nursery, or you can use wall adhesives in the shape of lambs for the main wall in the space.
Baby Bear Wall Accents
-
If you've decorated the nursery in a baby bear theme, a painting of a large bear on the wall with felt or fur accents will make the decoration very eye-catching for your baby. Wall stickers in the shape of a baby bear can also accentuate the main wall of the nursery, along with small honeycombs in between the letters of your baby's name. Of course, famous bears like Winnie the Pooh can accent your baby's wall in a professional painting or wallpaper border, or you can ask a professional painter to adorn your baby's nursery wall with a large baby bear that has your little one's name painted on the belly.
