For an inexpensive navy blue-themed centerpiece, simply use clear glass shallow vases or bowls lined on the bottom with clear and navy blue river rocks. Fill the container with water. Then, put a few drops of blue food coloring into the water and stir it thoroughly before adding some clear or silver-colored sparkle to the water. This will add shine and sparkle. Place some white or navy blue floating candles into the water. Surround the entire piece with navy blue tulle. This arrangement looks nice on navy blue or white linens.
