A zookeeper is someone responsible for caring for wild and exotic animals at a zoo. Most of a zookeeper's day is spent monitoring, feeding, and cleaning up after the animals. Once a master's or doctorate degree is acquired, graduates can go on to earn more money in other industries related to zoology, mostly doing research and consulting.
