This costume idea works for a trio comprised of one male and two females. Dress up as sitcom characters Jack Tripper, Janet Wood and one of the blonde roommates, either Chrissy, Terri or Cindi. Wear any casual late '70s or early '80s garb and feather your hair like there is no tomorrow. If your group is two men and one woman, add Mr Furley, complete with ascot and leisure suit, to the mix.
Charlie's Angels

An adventurous Halloween night sounds like a job for the Angels; Charlie's Angels, that is. Whether you and your lady friends want to be the original Angels in '70s pantsuits or bikinis, or their modern movie counterparts in skintight catsuits, the only thing that matters is that you have a good time. Have one of your teammates carry around a tape recorder to receive instructions from Charlie throughout the night.

This group costume idea has a high cuteness factor. Head to the costume store and purchase three attachable pig snouts and wear them with a pair of overalls. Each member of the group should carry around a piece of their home, so one little piggy gets a piece of hay, the other a stick and the third a brick. No need to fight over who gets the brick since there is no room in the trio for a big bad wolf.

If you and your group are feeling both funny and adventurous, then this Halloween might need the help of the Three Amigos. A comedy starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Chevy Chase, "Three Amigos" follows some out of work actors fighting a gang of outlaws in Mexico. Dress up in black mariachi outfits with matching sombreros and red ties. Add some black boots and a holster for your prop sidearm and you are ready to ride.
