They are designed for students who wish to enter the insurance industry or related business fields.

Cal State Fullerton Travelers Award

Offered to full-time students at Cal State Fullerton, the Travelers Awards provide one $1,000 scholarship each year. Students must be a junior or senior business major in the college's Insurance and Financial Services Program and be pursuing a career in insurance. Additional requirements include a minimum 3.0 grade point average and enrollment in one of 10 insurance classes.
Metropolitan State University Travelers EDGE Scholarship

The Travelers EDGE scholarship at Metropolitan State University in Minnesota provides up to ten $2,000 scholarships each year to underrepresented students. Eligible students must be enrolled at least part time, show an interest in pursuing a career in insurance and have a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Students can download and submit a scholarship application through the university's financial aid website. Applications are available by March 1 each year.

SUNY Geneseo Travelers Insurance/Citigroup Scholarship

The $5,000 Travelers Insurance/Citigroup scholarships are offered to undergraduate students at SUNY Geneseo who wish to pursue a career in insurance. Students must be at least a sophomore, be enrolled full time and have a minimum grade point average of 3.2. Award recipients are also offered internship opportunities with Travelers and Citigroup.
University of Connecticut Travelers EDGE Scholarship

Similar to the program at Metropolitan State University, the University of Connecticut Travelers EDGE scholarship is awarded to students interested in working in business, actuarial, mathematics or insurance. EDGE Scholars receive full tuition to the University of Connecticut, a paid internship at Travelers, textbook money and professional mentoring. Scholarship eligibility requirements vary each year depending on the applicants.
Hudson Valley Community College Travelers Scholarship

At Hudson Valley Community College in New York, Travelers Insurance, along with Rose and Kiernan Insurance Company, sponsor two $1,000 scholarships a year. The companies pledged in 2009 to do this for five years. The scholarships go to students earning an associate's degree in business administration with an insurance focus. Applications can be found online through the college website.
