Games for Twin Baby Showers
When a mother is expecting twins, the baby shower hostess often uses this fact as part of the theme, which might be "Double Trouble," "Two Peas in a Pod" or "Twice Blessed." Extend the twins theme into the games by choosing activities that incorporate pairs of items or put guests in pairs to compete together. Does this Spark an idea?

Mingling Game
-
Before guests arrive, write the names of pairs of items that go together on pieces of paper, with one item per paper. For example, two papers paired together might read "Sugar" and "Spice." As guests enter the party, tape a paper to each guest's back. Each guest has to ask other people "yes" or "no" questions to find out what is written on her back. She then has to find the person with the matching item.
Pairs of Socks
-
Set up this game by purchasing baby socks in a variety of colors, patterns and sizes with no two pairs the same. Mix all the socks together into a large pile. Have guests take turns getting 15 seconds to create as many correct pairs of socks as possible. After the game is over, give the socks to the expectant mother as a gift.

Memory Game
-
One popular baby shower game has the host display a tray of baby items for a short time, take it away and ask guests to list everything they remember seeing on the tray. Adapt this game for twins by putting two of some items on the tray but only one of other items. Guests get one point for each pair of items they list, but they lose one point for each single item they list.
Diaper Race
-
Put guests in teams of two to compete to see who can diaper twin baby dolls in the shortest amount of time. The catch is that each person can only use one hand. Some teams might each try to diaper a doll one-handed, while others might work together on one baby at a time. Make it more challenging by having them use cloth diapers with safety pins. Use a stopwatch to time each team while everybody else cheers them on.
