Funny Things to Do for Your Brother's Birthday
You never really stop teasing your brother --- from the first time you told him he was found under a rock, to the latest time you paid someone to show up at his office and tell him he won the lottery. Birthdays are big, honking opportunities to show yourself (and possibly, your brother) a good time. There are plenty of opportunities to share a laugh or two on your brother's birthday.

Gorilla Gram

Show him the bananas. Send your brother a Gorilla Gram --- preferably to his office, and when you're there to see it arrive. Tell your brother you'd like to take him out to lunch for his birthday, and arrive 10 minutes early. Be sure to have your camera or cell phone handy to capture the look on his face when the gorilla bursts into his office --- you'll want to upload the picture to your Facebook page.

It's customary for restaurant waiters to sing "Happy Birthday" if you tell them it's your brother's birthday. But your brother deserves so much more than that. Select a very special restaurant this year --- one that's been featured on a "gluttony challenge" TV show, for example --- and order your brother a pizza or dessert the size of a tractor tire. Tell the waiters you want plenty of bells and sirens to announce its arrival at your table. Add that your brother challenges the entire restaurant to an eating contest.

Hired Thugs

If your brother's a sweeper --- that is, if he enters sweepstakes and contests --- give him a memorable birthday this year. Hire a group of acting students to show up at his place carrying the mongrel animal of your choice. Instruct these hirelings to tell your brother that he won the mongrel in a contest, and then disappear. Balloons and champagne are optional.

It takes persistence and a big slice of luck, but it can be done --- you, too, can catch the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile. Follow the progress of the ever-popular hot dog rod online as it travels across the country, or get clues to its location on Twitter. If you're lucky, you can record your brother for posterity standing next to the Weinermobile. If it's not in the neighborhood for your brother's birthday, you can still show how you feel about him by taping a miniature version of the Hot Wheels Weinermobile onto the top of his gift.
