Send the bride out to eat with a gift card. Gift cards can be purchased in a range of values to suit any budget. The beauty of giving a gift card is that whatever interest the bride has, a card can be found for it. Gift cards may be purchased for instance, for a meal at a restaurant, a local spa or an electronics store. You could even give a gift card which entitles the bride to a years' supply of a favorite treat such as gourmet coffee.

Be creative with joint gifts. The bride-to-be may enjoy a gift which she can enjoy with her husband. Use the bride-to-be's new initials, and have them sewn onto each towel. Some larger department stores, especially those with wedding registries, have their own monogramming service at an extra cost. Alternatively, use the yellow pages or Internet to find a local monogramming service to complete the job.

A less tangible gift can be just as well received. It is quite possible that the second-time bride does not expect gifts. Some people prefer less tangible gifts or gifts which also benefit others. The bride-to-be may have causes that she shows passion for. You can make a donation to a charity which she would approve of and feel great about. Make a donation in her name for an amount you are comfortable with to honor the upcoming wedding.
