Wedding floral decorations bring your celebration to life.

Wedding floral decorations, bursting with the vibrant colors and fragrances of nature, bring your celebration to life and signify love, commitment and new beginnings. From the ceremony to the carefully chosen flowers for your cake, floral decorations should suit your personality and style and enhance the beauty of your venue.

  1. Centerpieces

    • Flower centerpieces are an essential part for your wedding reception. Often a large part of of your flower budget, you will need several centerpieces, including for the main table, guest tables, gift table, guest book table and bar. You can blend the flowers with your wedding theme by either using a collection of flowers for each centerpiece or one type of flower for each centerpiece. Your centerpieces can be further accentuated by using uniquely colored or shaped vases.

    Bouquets

    • Bouquets should be chosen carefully to match your theme and suit your personality. You'll also need bouquets for your maid of honor and bridesmaids, so choose bouquets that they like as well. Although your maid of honor's and bridesmaids' bouquets will be smaller than yours, their flowers and colors should either match or blend with your own. For unique bouquets, gather sections of different flowers together, tightly fasten bouquets with colorful velvet bands or even accent bouquets with leaves and twigs.

    Ceremony Floral Decorations

    • Ceremony floral decorations are generally the first thing your guests see and include entrance, aisle and altar decorations. An autumn wreath is a wonderful aisle decoration for a fall wedding. Simple and elegant, autumn wreaths are made from colorful autumn leaves and are dangled on each column of chairs nearest to the aisle. Rose petals and hurricane lamps are ideal aisle decorations for whimsical weddings while large, bold floral arrangements are appropriate for entrances and altars.

    Boutonnieres and Corsages

    • Ideally, you'll use boutonnieres and corsages for your wedding party, parents, grandparents, ushers and guest book attendants. Choose them to suit the season, the color scheme of your wedding and the wedding attire. They might include traditional white roses or elegant lilies for a classic wedding, creatively designed paper flowers for a playful wedding or a variety of herbs and leaves for an environmentally friendly wedding.
