With manual and programmable modes, each session can be customized according to your fitness goals and comfort, both before and during use.

General Features
-
The treadmill has a digital console, adjustable incline, accessory tray and handrails. The walking belt is pre-lubricated and cushioned, and can reach a maximum speed of 10 mph. When the treadmill is folded, you can easily move it on its wheels. The console displays elapsed time, distance, incline, belt speed, heart rate and number of calories burned. The console also contains a fan to provide cooling during use. You must insert the safety key in the console to operate the treadmill.
Modes
-
The Weslo Cadence J3.7 offers two modes to choose from: manual and programmable. In manual mode, you select speed and incline, then walk on the treadmill at the pace you've set for as long as you wish. A counter will keep track of the number of steps you've taken. Programmable mode, however, offers set fitness routines. These include step count programs and calorie count programs.

Step Programs
-
You can program the console with an adjustable step-countdown program. This allows you to enter the number of steps you wish to walk, which are counted down on the display. While the counter will start with 10,000 steps, you can easily adjust this up or down with the goal increase and decrease buttons.
Calorie Goal Programs
-
The calorie goal program offers a workout based on the number of calories you want to burn. There are four preset programs: 300, 400, 500 and 600 calories. The choice of program determines the speed and incline of the treadmill. You can adjust this during the course of the workout using buttons on the console. The calorie count will be more accurate if you enter your weight prior to starting the program.
