There are two major styles of traditional ballroom dances: American and international. The international style is further divided into two divisions: standard, or just "ballroom," and Latin. The standard style includes popular dances like waltz, tango, and foxtrot. Latin styles include the cha-cha, rumba, samba, and jive.

Group classes are offered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and cost $45 a month. Saraby also offers practice socials every other Saturday from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

Several group lessons are offered per week, and private lessons can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
