The standard style includes popular dances like waltz, tango, and foxtrot. Latin styles include the cha-cha, rumba, samba, and jive.

Saraby also provides youth lessons in ballroom dancing and teacher training. The introductory program consists of three 25-minute private lessons and, as of 2011, costs $39. Group classes are offered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and cost $45 a month. Saraby also offers practice socials every other Saturday from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

They also offer a fast track program aimed for dance enthusiasts, to help them improve their ballroom dancing skills. It consists of 20 private lessons and 20 group lessons. Several group lessons are offered per week, and private lessons can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
