Various stationary companies offer licensed Disney "Cinderella" wedding initiations in a variety of designs. If your budget allows it, have the bride arrive to the ceremony in a white horse-drawn carriage. For your Cinderella theme wedding, choose light colors such as a pale blue -- the same color as Cinderella's dress -- silver or pink. Dress the flower girl as the fairy godmother who helped Cinderella go to the ball. Your bridal party can walk down the aisle to "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo," the song sung by the fairy godmother in Disney's Cinderella. Place groupings of decorative pumpkins -- to represent the pumpkin turned into a carriage -- in various locations along with small, mice figurines. Incorporating "The Princess Bride" into your fairy tale wedding will create a unique experience for you and your guests. Mimic Buttercup with a Renaissance-style wedding dress. Many wedding gown designers offer dresses with a vintage flair. Alternatively, hire a seamstress to custom create a replica of Buttercup's dress. For the groom, choose a black tuxedo accompanied with a sword and sheath that represents Westley as the Dread Pirate Roberts. Walking down the aisle to the Princess Bride theme song will tie the theme into the ceremony.

The quirky story of "Alice in Wonderland" makes a fun and funky wedding theme. The color scheme can be something as simple as black and red to reflex the playing cards in the story or various bright colors -- such as hot pink, bright blue, lime green, bright purple and orange -- to showcase the childlike quality of the fairytale. Hold the reception outside in a garden where guests dine on tea and a variety of cakes. Decorate the area with funky teacups of various sizes and stuffed white rabbits with pocket watches. Set plates filled with small cakes featuring "Eat Me" signs and small bottles of liquid with "Drink Me" tags on the reception tables.

Incorporate the Brothers Grimm stories into your wedding for a unique and sophisticated event. The typically white wedding gown can quickly turn darker with some black trim. Various wedding gowns are available that offer black -- as well as other colors -- lace, trim and embellishments. Bouquets filled with black magic roses -- which have a dark red, almost black color -- and bare sticks lend a Gothic feel to the floral arraignments. Decorate with grapevines, small bare trees, black candles and copies of the Brothers Grimm. Place small, white Christmas lights around the reception and keep overhead lights off to give the area dim lighting.
